We want you to love your APRÉ piece. If something isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery — unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags.

How to return

Email hello@apre.inwith your order number and we'll arrange a reverse pickup. We'll inspect the piece on receipt and process the refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

What can't be returned

Sale items and personalised pieces are final sale. Innerwear and accessories that touch the body cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
